  I paid for termite service at my home annually and for for 20 months no one from Allgood ever checked on the termite traps at my home. When I discovered this I called Allgood. The manager, Bill, apologized, assured me that this is not how Allgood does business and promised to refund the money for one year's termite service since I received no service. I agreed if Bill did that, I would continue my termite and quarterly bug service with Allgood. That was a month ago and still no refund. I called a week ago and records show I am to get a refund. Where is it? I called Bill two days ago, left a message asking about the refund and requesting a call back. Nothing! This apparently is Allgood's "customer service".
