  Trim material quality has really declined. I work with it everyday and most times I can't use 75% of a whole house package that's delivered. 5 1/4 speed base looks like it was made out of pallet material with out sanding and 1 coat of paint. And the crown isn't any better. But when you complain they say they can't do anything about it. guess that's what happens when corporations take over. The bottom line is all that matters.
