  It's near impossible to get help,if u do get someone to help they seem like they have a chip on there shoulder cause u asked them for assistance or it might just have been me

  Well.... This is the only time I've ever done this, but this time I just can't let it go. I was going to beat the rush on generators due to an approaching hurricane, so I ordered one online and received an invoice of the purchase. And it was supposed to arrive just before evacuations. Perfect! However..... After it said it had been delivered ( to my home) and in fact it had not been. I figured maybe it's just at the store. No biggie. I'll go get it. Went to the store where they then informed me they would reimburse my purchase because there was no generator. The company was sold out! Never received anything from them about it! Because if I had I would've bought a different one in-store!!! But now they're all sold out!!! I will absolutely never buy anything ever again from Lowe's! Nothing! Ever! Shady customer service. When you can get it.
