  Have been looking for a replacement mattress for quite a while after being unhappy with both a Tempur Pedic and a Sleep Number. We were regretting the idea of searching for another mattress. Well, Ronald Bell at Mattress Firm made us forget our regrets. The purchase experience was delightful. Ronald's product knowledge was outstanding and his patience is noteworthy. He took the time to show us many beds and explained the construction and features of each one. He presented no pressure to buy and did not try to push us to one product or another. We also got to speak with Dan while we were there and he was also very nice. I recommend you stop and see one of these two if you are in need of a mattress.
